The October monthly meeting was Police Chief Bruce Plummer’s last Block Watch meeting. He retires on October 31, 2011. The Silverton Block Watch Association is grateful for Chief Bruce Plummer’s years of dedication and service to Silverton. Marcella Trice won the door prize last night and had her picture taken with Chief Plummer.
